In general, when the hatchback style vehicle is divided into two doors with three doors and five doors, the hatchback style vehicle is equipped with a front door and a rear door installed for a driver and a passenger. It consists of a back door that is connected to the front room and loads luggage into the trunk.
The hatchback style vehicle has a risk of causing a secondary crash of the occupant due to the release of the lock of the backdoor in the event of a collision since the backdoor is installed with the trunk and the front connected.
Therefore, although the back door lock should be firmly and comfortably released without a predetermined impact force, the durability test of the lock has not been made in the past because there is no durability test equipment for the lock.
Emphasizing the above-mentioned matters, it has been legalized to use a locking device that can maintain a firmly comfortable state without being released by a predetermined impact force in the event of a crash.
The conventional hatchback-style backdoor locking device only checks the function of comfortable release, but in the event of a crash, the latch on the door is not easily measured by the striker installed on the body due to the impact force. .
Therefore, the back door is easily opened by the impact force generated during the vehicle crash accident, thereby causing the occupant to be thrown out of the vehicle through the trunk and having a problem of being fatally injured by the second collision.
An object of the present invention is to bolt the fixed block on which the striker is installed to the bracket, and to install the fixed block on which the latch assay having a latch is installed on the bracket, and then to latch the latch assay on the striker to the respective brackets. By connecting a shaft to the actuator and applying a predetermined tensile pressure with the actuator to test the force that the striker can endure, it is possible to prevent the backdoor from being easily opened by the impact force generated in the event of a vehicle crash.
